1 lb. Beef Stir Fry meat cut into strips
some cloves of garlic minced
1 package of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water or sherry
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
12 oz egg noddles
Brown meat, add garlic and mushroom towards the end of browning the meat. After browned add cream of mushroom soup, water, and onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Add sour cream just before you mix with cooked drained noodles.
This dish can also be made in a crockpot and sour cream just before serving.
So the first picture on the top left is the meat, garlic, and mushrooms, the picture on the right is just after I added the cream of mushroom soup, water, and onion soup mix. The plated picture is the final product with salad and broccoli. It tastes a lot better than it looks...trust me.
