He has tubes

So, the hardest part of the whole ordeal is the waiting 1 hour before the procedure. Lincoln was hungry, head banging on my chest, trying to get into my shirt hungry which he never does because he is almost weaned. Just at 8am, the nurse came and got him, talked to the anesthesiologist and by 8:15am I was nursing a very hungry and groggy baby and by 8:33am we were in the van and on the way home. He has had no side effects and is wonderful, but he still has a cold that he had started to show signs of on Sunday but at least we won't have an ear infection. The doctor did say that he had scar tissue from all the ear infections but he shouldn't have any side effects from that and in a couple of weeks they will check his hearing to see where he is.
